      Returns: For in store purchases, you have 14 days to return your items damage free, with your receipt, for store credit. You can also exchange any item. Certain things, however, are non refundable, such as custom made items, bath and body, and seasonal product. For online purchases, we are unfortunately not offering returns at this time, unless we work something out with you individually. For apparel, exchanges are allowed if the item ordered does not fit properly. If items arrive damaged or broken, you will receive full credit upon proof of damage. If there is a circumstance in which you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, you can email us to discuss return options, but your return label and shipping will be your responsibility. 

      Shipping: Orders are fulfilled within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. Upon fulfillment, all packages ship priority mail. We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping rate is calculated through Shopify by the weight of the items purchased. You are charged a flat rate for shipping, and we the provider will ship via best way. 

      Drop Shipping: A drop ship item refers to an item you buy from us, but is then shipped to you directly from our supplier. Drop ship items for our site are mostly only apparel, because we do not always have every size in stock available, but our supplier does. Drop ship items take slightly longer to ship out than in stock items, but will still ship priority and will not cost any more than a regularly shipped item.
