We are not - while we used to be a Hallmark Gold Crown partner, we no longer are. We do offer Hallmark cards and products but we do so independently.

In store we accept all major credit cards, apple pay, and cash. We do not accept checks. Online we accept all major credit cards, apple pay, and paypal.
In store you have 14 days to return your purchase, with tags intact and your receipt. You will be able to either return your items for store credit, or exchange. All sale and seasonal items are final sale - seasonal items may be exchanged for other seasonal items of equal or lesser value. Currently, for online purchases, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us via email within 14 days to email@example.com. If your items arrive broken or damaged, you will receive a full refund upon proof of damage. Return shipping labels are the responsibility of the customer.
All orders ship within 3-5 days of purchase. During peak holiday seasons, orders may take up to 5 days - please reach out if you need items sooner.
Right now, we only ship within the continental US.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer everything we sell in store on our website, simply due to inventory restrictions, however if you see products you like on our IG or FB pages/stories, you can dm us and we will ship you anything you would like!
Our hours flex throughout the year. Currently our hours are M-F, 10-6, Sat. 10-4, and Sundays we are closed.
